Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in Pelvic Health

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to join our specialist Pelvic Health Team at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. As a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing expert care to patients with complex pelvic health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to the Pelvic Health Team, ensuring high-quality care and evidence-based practice.
- Develop and implement clinical standards, guidelines, and protocols to ensure best practice in pelvic health physiotherapy.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients with pelvic health conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address complex pelvic health needs.
- Provide education and training to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal pelvic health outcomes.

Requirements- Significant postgraduate clinical experience in a relevant specialist area.
- Previous employment as a senior therapist in a relevant specialist area.
- Evidence of experience in managing and leading a team.
- Demonstrated specialist skills and knowledge in pelvic health physiotherapy.
