Main Responsibilities- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed
- Process patient requests, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information and medical history
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, including preparing patient charts and obtaining necessary medical information
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming to patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination
Burnside Surgery is a friendly and long-established GP Practice in Bolton, serving a population of over 4700 patients. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care and a supportive work environment for our staff.
Requirements- GCSE level or equivalent education
