Key Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Receptionist, your main duty will be to deliver courteous and efficient service to all guests while upholding the highest service standards. You will warmly welcome guests and act as a true representative of exceptional service, addressing all inquiries and requests with professionalism, whether in person or via phone. Your primary tasks will include:
- Providing a swift and efficient check-in and check-out experience while ensuring all guest requests are met promptly and courteously.
- Assisting with room assignments and delivering in-room amenities, guiding guests to their accommodations and explaining room features, including technology.
- Keeping guest profiles updated to ensure accurate information regarding their preferences and needs.
- Facilitating the arrival of VIP guests and coordinating daily guest services, such as pre-arrival communications, VIP reports, personalized experiences, room inspections, special arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of local attractions, including dining, entertainment, and cultural events, to provide elite recommendations and exclusive reservations for our VIP guests.
- Efficiently managing all administrative tasks at the Front of House, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and handling of payments.
- Acting as a hotel ambassador and ensuring that neighborhood policies are respected by guests.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury service sector.
- Familiarity with Guestline PMS is a plus.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, committed to delivering high service levels.
- Proficiency in French is highly valued.
- A proactive self-starter with a creative mindset, capable of adapting to both anticipated and unexpected changes.
- High standards of personal integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
