Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Night Team at The Newt in Somerset, we are looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Hospitality Coordinator to enhance our guests' experience during their stay.

Compensation:
£13.50 per hour plus tronc and exceptional benefits.

Role Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Maintain safety and security protocols throughout the hotel during overnight hours.
  • Assist in managing hotel operations, supporting various departments as needed.
  • Handle payments and guest feedback with professionalism.
  • Foster a sense of community among team members, promoting collaboration and support.
