Job Overview

Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to our service users in their homes.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible individual to work as part of our multidisciplinary team, providing clinical support and care to our service users with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to service users with complex clinical needs
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Registered Nurses to deliver tailored care plans
  • Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration
  • Support clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management, and PEG Care
  • Participate in ongoing professional training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • At least 3 months' experience in care or a related field
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of our service users
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
