HR Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team at Macmillan Davies Hodes. As an HR Consultant, you will provide expert advice and guidance to clients on people-related queries and issues.

About the Role
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on people-related queries and issues
  • Work in the office or from home, responding to calls and emails, and providing face-to-face support when required
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times
  • Support on employee relations casework and provide clients with the correct information to make effective decisions
  • Assist with HR administration support, such as producing contracts of employment, changes to T&Cs, and ad-hoc requests
About You
  • Qualified to CIPD level 5
  • Keen to grow and develop and undertake further training/qualifications
  • Generalist HR advisory experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Key eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Confident and outgoing personality, able to build relationships and rapport with ease
  • Open to change and new ways of working
  • Ability to multi-task and keep multiple plates spinning
