Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-sales Solutions Expert to join our team at Walsh Employment. As a Pre-sales Solutions Expert, you will play a crucial role in identifying technical and business requirements, designing IT solutions, and providing assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify technical and business requirements to design IT solutions
  • Provide assistance and guidance during the pre-sales process
  • Write and produce documentation, designs, and proposals
  • Create scopes of works for project delivery teams and work with them to successfully deliver a project
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IT solutions

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of commercial business and IT solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Server/365/Azure, HPe Server/Storage, Aruba Switching, Dell Server/Storage, SonicWALL Firewall/Switching, Ruckus Wi-Fi/Switching, and other leading specialist vendors
  • Full Clean UK driving license
  • Professional in appearance and with good commercial acumen
