Job Description

As a BPV Consultant at Franklin Fitch, you will be part of a leading Service Provider's Pre-Sales team, responsible for expanding our expertise in consulting with clients and designing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the pre-sales process, addressing client concerns and ensuring solutions align with their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and support, to ensure seamless transition from design to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server, Dell Server, and Networking solutions.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional attendance at our offices required.
