Resident Site Manager

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our site leadership team, you will be responsible for providing on-site leadership to ensure the successful delivery of our projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce Westinghouse's codes of business ethics and conduct, ensuring that all employees under your supervision are aware of and adhere to these standards.
- Provide on-site customer support, representing Westinghouse's ability to respond to customer needs and providing valuable customer information to build relationships and understand customer site needs.
- Identify customer needs and communicate with the sales and product teams to identify potential solutions, collect marketplace data, and communicate with relevant account managers to grow the pipeline.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and oversight to field project managers in the execution of projects, supervise Westinghouse personnel on site, and provide feedback on individual and team performance.
- Build consultative relationships at all levels within the site organization, including operations, maintenance, and engineering decision-makers, and use the customer relations management tool to capture customer and competitor intelligence.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related technical discipline.
- 10 years of engineering or field experience, with prior field service, outage, and/or on-site utility experience, significant customer-facing experience at the plant and corporate level, and broad-based technical knowledge of plant operations and application of field service engineering techniques, principles, and practices.
- Experience in complex contract management, customer negotiations, and supplier delivery, and leadership experience as a manager.
