Resident Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and people-focused Resident Manager to join our team at Pavilion Point, a vibrant student accommodation in the heart of Brighton. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our residents, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the organization of internal and external events for prospective and current residents, including viewings and inductions.
- Compile reports and manage administrative processes, ensuring customer data is up-to-date and compliant with GDPR guidelines.
- Administer the process of receiving payments, including managing and chasing rent arrears.
- Support the General Manager and wider operational team in planning and forecasting occupancy and sales plans.
- Deputize for the General Manager in their absence.
We are looking for a confident, people-focused individual with a strong passion for creating an incredible environment for our residents. You will need excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to different situations and audiences. Experience in people management and development is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team.
