Resident Site Manager

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Site Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing on-site leadership to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce Westinghouse's codes of business ethics and conduct, ensuring all employees under your supervision are informed and compliant.
- Provide on-site customer support, representing Westinghouse's ability to respond to customer needs and preferences.
- Identify and communicate customer needs, working with the sales and product teams to develop solutions.
- Lead the execution of projects, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to field project managers.
- Build and maintain valuable customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to the customer.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- 10 years of engineering or field experience, with prior field service, outage, and/or on-site utility experience.
- Significant customer-facing experience at the plant and corporate level.
- Broad-based technical knowledge of plant operations and application of field service engineering techniques, principles, and practices.
- Experience in complex contract management, customer negotiations, and supplier delivery.
