Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Staff Nurse RNLD/RNMH, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medication according to NMC guidelines and organizational protocols
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to rehab/support workers and students
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • RMN or RNLD qualification and NMC registration
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health and learning disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on a shift rota, including nights
