Commercial Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Great People. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Team in achieving their goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls to the Sales Team, providing timely and effective support to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries.
- Support and manage renewal follow-up activity, including outstanding decisions and information requests, to ensure timely and efficient processing.
- Manage general queries, supplier questionnaires, and requests for information, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Team in the recording and reporting of sales activity and outcomes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Liaise with other functions within the business to ensure effective communication, timely resolution, and the best customer experience and outcomes.
- Support sales projects and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process and function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively via telephone.
- Use of concise, clear, and appropriate language to ensure effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- Listening and responding effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Reasoning and the ability to identify possible problems or stumbling blocks, providing solutions and recommendations as needed.
- Ability to manage conflict in a professional manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Able to build rapport and successful relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Empathetic and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
