About The Role
We are seeking a Future Showroom Operations Manager to become part of the leading UK Kitchen Retailer. This position provides an opportunity to grasp the core principles of our business and the highly successful Wren Way, while also becoming adept at co-managing one of our vibrant showrooms. Upon completion of training and when a suitable opportunity arises, you may take on the exciting responsibility of independently managing your own showroom.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing high-performing design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area.
We offer a competitive base salary of £34,900 plus bonus, with an OTE of £52K.
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive training and collaborate with experienced managers in our exemplary showrooms, learning the essentials of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
- Work alongside General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager.
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed annual showroom targets while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
