With a robust clientele of over 300,000, Arlettie curates a calendar of exclusive sales, providing our community with a distinctive shopping experience.

As we embark on an ambitious expansion of our showroom network, we are in search of a dynamic, proactive, and seasoned Showroom Operations Coordinator to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Showroom Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in assisting the showroom management team to ensure seamless operations within our vibrant showroom setting. Collaborating closely with the Showroom Manager and Account Managers, your main focus will be to drive the success of each sales event. Your work schedule will primarily be from Wednesday to Saturday, with the possibility of additional days based on operational needs.

Operational Management:

  • Assist in overseeing stock deliveries, inventory control, and returns, ensuring efficient processing and precise documentation.
  • Support the setup and upkeep of product zoning and merchandising, creating visually captivating displays that enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate on pricing and tagging of products, ensuring accuracy and uniformity throughout the showroom.
  • Help manage customer access, queues, and sales transactions, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Contribute to maintaining a pristine and organized showroom environment, reflecting the luxury standards of our brand partners.
  • Support health and safety protocols, risk management, and loss prevention strategies.

Team Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating and guiding a diverse team of permanent and temporary staff, ensuring they are well-versed in Arlettie's procedures.
  • Contribute to team training initiatives, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support the management team in resource allocation and daily operational tasks.
  • Assist in monitoring team performance and providing constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant management role within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic luxury retail setting is essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, supporting the Showroom Manager and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and a dynamic showroom atmosphere.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to embrace new challenges and contribute to the business's success.

Work Schedule: Main working days will be Wednesday to Saturday (40 hours per week).

Compensation: £32,000 + Bonus
