We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Ambassador to join our team at Recruitment Bunker. As a Showroom Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a luxurious experience for clients visiting our showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner, providing a high-end concierge service.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the pristine condition of the showroom, ensuring it reflects the luxury brand image.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the dealership's business, products, and services.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Dealer Principal, aiding in the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Client Communication: Initiate and maintain communication with clients to nurture relationships and foster ongoing engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in a prestigious automotive dealership or front-of-house role within a luxury retail brand.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a professional and confident demeanor in interacting with both new and existing clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, coupled with strong administrative skills.
- Personal Qualities: Passion for cars and an interest in the automotive industry, proven organisational skills, and a proactive attitude towards continuous learning and personal development.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £30,000.
- Pension: A comprehensive pension scheme.
