About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Project Specialist to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our colleagues and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international concepts and best practices within our GB operations.
  • Support the roll-out of our annual appraisal cycle, ensuring a seamless and effective process.
  • Design and deliver development programmes that meet the needs of our high-potential colleagues.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across regions, Head Office, and international colleagues to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Deliver and facilitate training initiatives that drive business results and support colleague development.
  • Manage systems to monitor training and talent records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for colleague development and a deep understanding of talent-related concepts.
  • Proactive and innovative thinking to challenge processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Experience working with SuccessFactors Talent module is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple topics and priorities.
  • Experience presenting to senior teams and large audiences is essential.
  • A broad understanding of operational processes within Lidl GB is required.
