With a diverse product range exceeding 250,000 items, primarily in plastic and metal components, this role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding order status and outstanding issues.
  • Conduct business reviews to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Complete requests for quotations (RFQs) from clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and lead times with customers.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Update systems with active price management and margin tracking.
  • Analyze customer schedules to ensure stock availability.
  • Gather and maintain forecast information for key clients.
  • Perform monthly sales forecasting analysis for significant accounts.
  • Create commercial invoices and assist with customer declarations.
  • Resolve any invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the accounts department.
  • Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) for customers as needed.
  • Assist with product sourcing and liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and lead times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
