With a diverse product range exceeding 250,000 items, primarily in plastic and metal components, this role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries regarding order status and outstanding issues.
- Conduct business reviews to strengthen customer relationships.
- Complete requests for quotations (RFQs) from clients.
- Negotiate pricing and lead times with customers.
- Maintain ongoing engagement with customers to foster loyalty.
- Update systems with active price management and margin tracking.
- Analyze customer schedules to ensure stock availability.
- Gather and maintain forecast information for key clients.
- Perform monthly sales forecasting analysis for significant accounts.
- Create commercial invoices and assist with customer declarations.
- Resolve any invoice discrepancies in collaboration with the accounts department.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) for customers as needed.
- Assist with product sourcing and liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and lead times.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
