Operations Coordinator - Heating/ AC Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our heating business. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

2. **Order Processing**: Process orders for heating equipment and parts accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

3. **Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory levels and track stock movements, coordinating with suppliers to replenish supplies as needed.

4. **Customer Service**: Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

5. **Data Entry**: Input and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems, including customer information, orders, and inventory records.

6. **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain various documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documents, following company procedures.

7. **Support Operations Team**: Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.

8. **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, regarding order processing, inventory management, and customer service.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the heating or HVAC industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with database management systems.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.

Knowledge of heating and Air conditioning systems is desirable but training can be given
