We are seeking a talented Investment Associate to join our growing team of highly regarded Investment Professionals in the expanding field of Impact Investing.

About the Role

  • Contribute to the analysis, management, and exit of investments as your Impact Investing acumen grows.
  • Collaborate with our excellent sourcing team to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Participate in special projects, including market research, strategy development, and investment process improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-9 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Finance, including a foundation in M&A or Leveraged Finance at an Investment Bank or private investments at a Private Equity/Private Credit firm.
  • Strong technical skills, including hands-on financial analysis and modeling of investments.
  • Experience with Private Debt transactions.
  • Passion for making a long-term positive impact and a willingness to learn and apply impact analysis to investments.
