Position Overview

This role is crucial in delivering vital service plans to our clientele and their facilities, addressing various technical issues and scheduled maintenance of our systems.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you will be part of a National team of Service Engineers, ensuring a swift and effective response to customer challenges as they occur.

Your responsibilities will include diagnosing faults, repairing, testing, and modifying actuators on-site, executing mechanical and electrical installations of actuators, and adapting components, pedestals, and drive shafts. You will also be responsible for compiling precise and technical reports following each site visit.

This position is ideal for a dedicated problem-solver who possesses logical thinking skills for troubleshooting and is willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

Required Experience:

  • Technical expertise and/or relevant knowledge of valves, actuators, and digital control systems.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental electronics, electrical, and fluid power principles.
  • Capability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics and utilize standard testing and calibration instruments.
  • Experience in a hands-on engineering environment.

  • Exhibits the ability to perform under pressure with challenging clients focused on quick resolutions.
  • Possesses a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Holds a valid driving license.
