Games Workshop is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our global credit control operations and cash flow management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive credit control strategy that aligns with our business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage global credit control operations, ensuring timely debt collection and resolution of disputes.
- Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risk and improve cash flow, while maintaining high standards of efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to credit control and debt collection, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in credit management, applying knowledge to drive business growth and minimize risk.
