Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the design team, working in a technology-driven environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing essential design criteria and metrics along with relevant material flow diagrams.
  • Identifying potential technical and safety risks, proposing effective solutions to mitigate them.
  • Presenting clear and persuasive concepts to both clients and team members, influencing the decision-making process.
  • Gaining insights into Warehouse Control System (WCS) functionality and collaborating with the in-house software design team.
  • Supporting the design process by creating associated test specifications and other critical contract documents.

Candidate Profile:
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in custom machine design, materials handling, and robotics.
  • A mechanical engineering degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior design role within the materials handling systems sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high level of expertise in SolidWorks.
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics and supply chain solutions.
