**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to support procurement operations for our culinary organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a food service or technology company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support procurement operations for the culinary organization.
  • Manage new product requests from the business.
  • Prepare and coordinate sampling sessions for our FTE chefs.
  • Manage cafe smallwares and equipment requests.
  • Prepare category reviews and analysis reports.
  • Prepare market reports.
  • Coordinate purchasing vendor QBR feedback reports.
  • Provide training and support to CafePro users.
  • Carry out all admin duties for the assigned category.
  • Communicate any changes to product or supplier information to the business.
  • Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practices.
  • Support XFN teams for any new cafe openings.
  • Actively track savings and cost mitigation.
  • Sourcing, negotiating, and managing cafe suppliers in accordance with our procurement SOPs.

**Requirements:**

  • A procurement qualification such as CIPS is desirable and proficiency in G suite.
