About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, utilizing your network and industry knowledge to identify potential clients
  • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue
Requirements
  • Proven sales and account management experience, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of the market, with the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance
