About the Role
We are seeking a Collections Assistant to join our team at Kedleston Hall. As a Collections Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high collections care standards and inspiring visitor experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering preventive conservation plans to a high standard.
- Supervise a team of Collection and Conservation Volunteers to ensure the successful implementation of conservation plans.
- Contribute to the development of engaging 'Conservation in Action' experiences to enrich the visitor experience.
- Support with day-to-day Hall operations and ensure presentation standards remain consistently high.
Requirements
- A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Well-organized and adaptable with good manual dexterity and hand-to-eye skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
