Role Responsibilities

We are looking for Care Support Specialists to join our team on a full-time basis, working a combination of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Our facility provides specialized care based on the Recovery Model, with a focus on integrated pathways for male and female patients.

Daily Duties

  • Deliver enhanced support with a flexible approach tailored to the needs of individuals in our care.
  • Collaborate across various wards to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide emotional and physical support, fostering a nurturing environment.
  • Understand and address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Assist with medical and welfare requirements as necessary.
  • Document and report on medical and welfare needs as required.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness within the environment.
