  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks. Support managers in addressing compensation queries and conducting internal equity assessments.
  • Rewards Planning: Develop and implement strategic rewards plans, including salary structures, merit increase guidelines, and performance-based incentives. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Market Intelligence (MI): Stay abreast of industry best practices and compensation trends by actively participating in market research initiatives and attending relevant webinars.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in compensation and benefits management within a fast-paced, global organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of various compensation philosophies, methodologies, and legal requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
