ICF is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Lead to join our dynamic HR team, supporting our global operations.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and executing our comprehensive rewards strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of our robust benefits programs, including medical, dental, retirement plans, and more. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage benefit costs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Total Rewards professionals in Belgium and India, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Provide guidance and support on compensation and benefits matters across the E&A region.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive and aligned with industry benchmarks. Support managers in addressing compensation queries and conducting internal equity assessments.
- Rewards Planning: Develop and implement strategic rewards plans, including salary structures, merit increase guidelines, and performance-based incentives. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Market Intelligence (MI): Stay abreast of industry best practices and compensation trends by actively participating in market research initiatives and attending relevant webinars.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- 5+ years of proven experience in compensation and benefits management within a fast-paced, global organization.
- In-depth knowledge of various compensation philosophies, methodologies, and legal requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
