About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our creative services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual design solutions that align with our brand identity and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Creative Assets
    • Design and develop a wide range of visual assets, including reports, presentations, event materials, brochures, illustrations, interactive projects, social media assets, and web assets.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider marketing team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Design Leadership
    • Provide design guidance and direction to ensure consistency in our visual brand identity.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive creative solutions.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the creative services team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
    • Contribute to the development of the team's creative vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in a creative or design-led role.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as graphic design or fine arts.

    • Highly skilled working experience of PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
