The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and idea-driven Creative Content Coordinator to join our Glasgow team. As a key member of our social media team, you will collaborate closely with the Social Content Manager to plan and execute Instagram stories that captivate our audience. This position requires a creative individual who can generate and implement fresh ideas, working with both existing content and new content requests from our LA team. You will create engaging and structured Instagram stories that align with our brand's vision, drive engagement, and support key marketing initiatives.

  • Work closely with the Social Content Manager to develop a weekly Instagram story schedule, using existing content, requesting new content from the LA team, or organizing competitions and theme days that align with product releases and seasonal events.
  • Collaborate with the video teams in both LA and the UK to ensure high-quality content is produced and aligns with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Be creative and continuously come up with new ideas for Instagram stories.
  • Schedule Instagram stories and monitor their performance, analyzing engagement metrics to understand what resonates with our audience. Use this data to refine and improve future content strategies.
  • Work closely with the Social Content Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure that all content is aligned with broader marketing objectives and that the Instagram story schedule supports key campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Instagram features, and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our brand's vision and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of content initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media content creation.
  • Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to refine and improve content strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related role, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong creative skills with a passion for generating new ideas and bringing them to life.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, schedule, and execute content in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content is polished and aligns with brand standards.
  • A good understanding of the fashion industry, current trends, and social media.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms, as well as proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
