We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Designer to join our team at The Cigna Group. As a key member of our creative services team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual solutions that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing Creative Assets
- Design and develop a wide range of visual assets, including reports, presentations, event materials, brochures, illustrations, interactive projects, social media assets, and web assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the wider marketing team to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Design Leadership
- Provide design guidance and direction to ensure consistency in our visual identity across all channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and innovations, and apply this knowledge to drive creative solutions.
- Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with the creative services team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of the team's creative vision and strategy.
Requirements
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or design-led role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual assets.
- Skills
- Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education
- Relevant degree in a creative field, such as graphic design or fine art.
Desirable
- Additional Skills
- Highly skilled working experience of PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
