About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Lead to join our team at OLIVER. As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of designers to produce high-quality, engaging, and impactful work for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-7 years of experience in digital, print, motion graphics, web design, UX/UI, artwork, and production. You will be a creative leader who can inspire your team while delivering brilliant work.

You will be responsible for generating and maintaining effective working relationships with senior client stakeholders, communicating progress, concerns, and solutions. You will develop a deep understanding of the client's marketing strategy, business problems, and target audiences to deliver high-quality results.

The Design Lead will oversee the full design lifecycle across digital and social platforms from concept to execution, pitching creative solutions in response to briefs. You will be open to attending sustainability training relevant to your role and staying up-to-date with recommended research and reading on sustainability issues.

We are looking for a passionate, creative designer with strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. If you are a creative leader who can drive innovation and excellence in design, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
