Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team at La Fosse Associates Limited. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts in the public sector, specifically targeting Local Government and Authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sales growth in the public sector.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, bid management, and sales support teams to identify, drive, and close opportunities within the agreed market area.
  • Manage all forecasting and account/opportunity detail within SalesForce.
  • Sell the complete solution portfolio, including products and services, to public sector clients.

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years' experience in public sector sales, particularly in selling software or technology products.
  • Strong understanding of the Local Government landscape in the UK.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the public sector.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
