Sales Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead to join our team at La Fosse Associates Limited. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts in the public sector, specifically targeting Local Government and Authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sales growth in the public sector.
- Work closely with pre-sales, bid management, and sales support teams to identify, drive, and close opportunities within the agreed market area.
- Manage all forecasting and account/opportunity detail within SalesForce.
- Sell the complete solution portfolio, including products and services, to public sector clients.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years' experience in public sector sales, particularly in selling software or technology products.
- Strong understanding of the Local Government landscape in the UK.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the public sector.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
