As the Strategic Pricing Lead, you will spearhead our pricing strategies across the EMEA region. You will manage a skilled team of pricing data specialists, responsible for steering and refining pricing strategy development and execution through comprehensive data analysis and reporting.

We seek candidates with proven experience in team leadership, pricing analysis, and optimization, who can effectively lead transformational initiatives. You should be adept at navigating complex discussions with various stakeholders and proactively engage with marketing and sales teams to formulate impactful strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate, strategize, and execute pricing initiatives Oversee the Pricing Data Team Gather, prepare, and analyze data from diverse internal and external sources to inform pricing strategies across products and regions Collaborate with the marketing team to devise pricing strategies for new product launches and enhance the existing portfolio Provide consultative support to the sales organization to facilitate new customer acquisition and foster base growth Work closely with the Sales team to model ROI for contracts that are mutually beneficial Enhance the prospect-to-order process In partnership with the Insights team, evaluate business performance, track market pricing trends, and maintain a deep understanding of reimbursement dynamics in key markets, offering insights into pricing fluctuations

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in pricing analysis and optimization Academic background in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance, or a related discipline Familiarity with P&L profitability practices, pricing strategies, statistics, research, and analysis Experience in team leadership Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and financial insight Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset Proficiency in Qlik Sense, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, R, or Python is advantageous
