Pricing Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager to join our team at Hologic, Inc. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for leading our strategic pricing initiatives across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, lead, and implement pricing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead a small team of pricing data specialists to gather, analyze, and report on pricing data.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales organizations to develop impactful pricing strategies and tactics.
- Provide consultative support to sales teams to drive new customer acquisition and base protection/growth.
- Partner with sales teams to model ROI for contracts that are financially beneficial to our company and customers.
- Support the prospect-to-order process improvement.
- Analyze business performance, monitor pricing evolution in the market, and provide insights into pricing dynamics.
Requirements:
- Experience in price analysis and optimization.
- Education in Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, Finance, or related field.
- Understanding of practices and principles of P&L profitability, pricing strategies, statistics, research, and analysis.
- Team leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and financial acumen.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
