Director of Income Generation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Income Generation to join our team at Middlesbrough Voluntary Development Agency.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful teams and developing innovative strategies to grow income-generating activities. They will be responsible for bringing strategic thinking and operational planning to our wide portfolio of income-generating activities.

As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Income Generation will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to support, promote, and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the voluntary sector and a proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, funders, and community groups.
