Training Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at MidKent College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training courses and ensuring the smooth operation of our Training and Finance Management Information System (TAFMIS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling, maintaining, and distributing training course documentation in accordance with contractual and divisional requirements.
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining TAFMIS Course Administration database records.
  • Designing, developing, and delivering Business Objects Web Intelligence reporting solutions to support our training contract.
  • Receiving data and report requests, evaluating requirements, building reports, checking data, and deploying reports to agreed deadlines.
  • Producing monthly and ad-hoc training reports.
  • Actioning incoming queries (post/email).
