**Job Title:** Store Manager - Retail Excellence
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales and profitability in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and overheads.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales and service skills.
- Monitor and report on sales and customer service metrics to inform business decisions.
- Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
