- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate others to achieve high standards
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on developing sales team members
- Highly commercial with strong analytical skills, able to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Experience in stock management and loss prevention, with a focus on minimizing controllable costs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business systems
- Strong relationship-building skills and stakeholder management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
