About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Radiology Department at University Hospital Monklands. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients, and to contribute to the development of our services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Contribute to the development of our services through participation in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
  • Strong background in nursing, with a focus on radiology or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
