The Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patient care needs and developing comprehensive care plans. Your expertise will ensure the delivery of high-quality care to patients, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.

You will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision, demonstrating procedures to and supervising registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses. Your duties may vary depending on the type of ward or department and the level of patient dependency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient care needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients, working collaboratively with colleagues
  • Supervise and train registered and/or unregistered staff, as well as student nurses
  • Contribute to the development of best practice in patient care
