About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Workshop Controller to support the workshop manager in running an efficient and driven workshop. As part of the Sytner Group, we are a company that is committed to developing your long-term career within our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of running a high-volume prestige workshop, ensuring quality workmanship and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the workshop manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standard.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of workshop activities, including repair orders, inventory, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a prestige vehicle workshop.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading practices and technologies, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
