Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Toyota Bristol North. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the efficient and profitable operation of our service department, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the aftersales manager in ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the service department
  • To maximise departmental performance in line with market potentials through the sale of labour, parts and accessories
  • To ensure that all manufacturers' policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets
  • Managing and developing the team
  • Growing workshop utilisation and efficiency
  • Exceeding customer satisfaction
  • Managing the smooth running and day-to-day activity of the service department

About You

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in a similar role, who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong understanding of the motor trade industry. You will be a well-presented individual with a desire to succeed, and have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
