Additional Information about the Role
The successful candidate will exhibit ongoing professional development that aligns with personal aspirations, team dynamics, and organizational objectives. You will be entrusted with managing patient flow during your assigned shifts and will be expected to regularly step in for your Line Manager when necessary.
Working in Acute Medicine is both busy and fulfilling, promoting innovative ideas and personal growth with the backing of our clinical education team. The SDEC is a nurse-led facility, focusing on the assessment and management of DVT patients. You will collaborate with Advanced Clinical Practitioners to evaluate patients referred directly by GPs to the SDEC nursing team, while also providing support to the emergency department and other units within the organization.
Work Schedule: This position requires flexibility, including long days, nights, weekends, and public holidays to accommodate service demands.
