Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure traveller satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our travellers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of destinations, cultures, and local customs.
  • Manage daily operations, including itinerary planning, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Act as a day-to-day guide, interpreter, and manager of the group.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily expenditure accounts and trip notes.
  • Train new CEOs and provide support to regional offices as needed.

Requirements

  • A passion for adventure travel and a love of exploring new destinations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A commitment to sustainable tourism and environmental responsibility.
  • Good health and a high energy level, with the ability to handle physically demanding situations.
  • First Aid/CPR certification and basic accounting/budgeting skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
