Role Description

CVH Spirits is looking for a new Brand Ambassador to join us in the UK Commercial Team. This is a full-time role on a rolling 12 month fixed term contract, looking after Angostura Rum & Bitters. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for promoting and representing Angostura, building brand awareness, engaging with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role will involve fostering relationships, conducting activations, and enhancing the overall brand experience.

 

This is a perfect opportunity for a bartender, tour guide or mixologist who is looking to work in the industry from a slightly different angle. Communication, contacts and industry knowledge will be key to success. You also get to work with our UK Sales and Marketing Teams within CVH Spirits and report to our National Account Manager for the On-Trade and RTM.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Brand Ambassadorship
  • Customer Service and Brand Awareness
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Prior experience in brand promotion or customer engagement
  • Knowledge of the spirits industry and cocktail culture
  • Strong networking abilities and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • UK Driving License
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred but not required
