If you possess a zest for adventure and a commitment to making a positive difference, consider the role of Tour Leader (CEO). In this position, you will not only guide tours but also craft unique and memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure traveler satisfaction.
  • Lead and support the well-being of travelers throughout their journey.
  • Enhance knowledge of the destination's culture and attractions.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accommodations, attractions, and logistics.
  • Stay informed about travel regulations and health requirements.
  • Identify areas for enhancement and growth within the travel experience.
  • Serve as a guide, interpreter, and group manager.
  • Assist travelers with activities, meals, and logistical arrangements.
  • Keep accurate records of daily expenses and trip documentation.
  • Train and mentor new leaders, providing guidance as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for adventure travel and prior international experience.
  • Fluency in English and familiarity with a region-specific language.
  • Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Resourcefulness and composure in challenging situations.
  • Dedication to sustainable tourism practices.
  • Good health and a high level of energy.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Experience with budgeting and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
