Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Leader to join our team as a Chief Experience Officer (CEO). As a CEO, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing leadership and guidance to our travelers, and creating unique and unforgettable experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and traveler well-being.
- Provide leadership and guidance to travelers, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of destinations, cultures, and local customs.
- Manage daily operations, including itinerary planning, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Act as a day-to-day guide, interpreter, and manager of the group, handling traveler issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily expenditure accounts and trip notes.
- A passion for adventure travel and a genuine love for exploring new destinations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices.
- Good health and a high energy level, with the ability to handle physically demanding situations.
- First Aid/CPR certification and basic accounting/budgeting skills.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
