About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Secretary to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Lead, including managing diaries, arranging meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Communicate effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone, and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage administrative systems and processes, including Healthroster and Microsoft packages.
  • Coordinate student placements and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
  • Plan and allocate teams, including student nurses, and be their first point of contact.
  • Prepare for meetings and maintain compliance with Trust policy.
