We are seeking an experienced Administrator to support our client, a leading social housing contractor, in Brentwood. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the repairs and maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong administration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for supporting the planning team with booking repairs into the engineers' diaries, as well as performing various general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Support the planning team with repair bookings and diary management
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and document management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
